Research Areas

● Organ-on-Chip and Organoid-on-Chip

● Pharmaceutical Analysis

● Effective Components and Mechanism of Natural Products

Research Interests

Based on microfluidic chip, stem cell, and tissue engineering, we are developing organ-on-chip and organoid-on-chip models for drug development and precision medicine. The innovative models offer biomimetic microphysiological and micropathophysiological system for disease modeling and mechanisms studies. I have applied the models for elucidating the effective components and mechanism of natural product. The research area involves the interdisciplinary of pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, biology, and medicine.
