Research Interests

She is mainly engaged in research and development of the novel nano-drug delivery system including of using nano-technology to improve the absorption of poor water soluble drugs, studying the transport route and disciplines and elucidating the related mechanism of the novel DDS with different methods from subcellular, cellular level and the overall animal level. Fluorescence probe tracer imaging method, Raman imaging, transmission election microscopy and Multispectral Optoacoustic Tomography (MSOT) were used to conduct in vitro and in vivo evaluations of novel nano-drug delivery system. She has accumulated experience in drug delivery and biological imaging.

Grants and fundings

The mechanism study of single-walled carbon nanohorns enhancing membrane penetrating and oral absorption of poorly soluble drugs (The National Natural Science Foundation project youth's project, 81603041).
